4. NIL and Licensed Content
Athletes and Representatives represent and warrant that no other party, including any college or university, holds exclusive rights that would invalidate the license granted to Drift.
Drift relies on these representations when:
- Creating Digital Collectibles
- Displaying Licensed Content
- Marketing Digital Collectibles
- Transferring Digital Collectibles to Drift Users
Drift does not independently verify NIL ownership beyond contractual representations.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Stripe (payment processor)
- Cloud hosting providers
- Technology service providers supporting Platform operations
- Representatives managing Athlete accounts
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting, compliance)
- Government authorities or regulators if required by law
